Golden Girls & The First Year Of Sohna

Sohna by Sawansukha celebrated one year of its existence with what it’s known best for – Signature Designs. The ‘golden girls’ Swastika Mukherjee, Parno Mittra and Raima Sen added sparkles and shine to this extravaganza. The girls donned the newly launched Taavish, Bodhi and Siddhartha collection.

Sohna has always aimed to stay one step ahead of others with subtle amalgamation of the traditional and the modern. The Bodhi Collection takes inspirations from Lord Buddha, a symbol for the union of the traditional strikingly new ideas. The resplendent pieces were quite the star of the evening and gave a tough competition to all the glamour radiated by the celebrating girls.

“Contrary to what the jewellery look like, the pieces are quite light-weight”, confirmed Raima Sen. “We have played with turquoise blue and white meenakari fusing the styles of Bengal and Bikaner together” explained Siddharthaa Sawansukha, the managing director of Sawansukha .
